ANGOLA, IND. – The Trine softball team will be offering three hitting clinics in the upcoming months.
The clinics will be held Sunday, Nov. 12, Sunday, Nov. 19 and Sunday, Dec. 3 and are open to softball players ages 10 and up.
The clinics offer a unique opportunity for softball players to learn the techniques used by the elite hitters of Trine University's softball team, which led the country in both home runs per game and total home runs. The team was also in the top five in both slugging percentage and runs scored for the 2017 season.
Each clinic costs $50 individually. Participants can receive a $40 rate by signing up two clinics and paying up front.

The Thunder finished last season with a trip to the NCAA Division III National Championships after winning their second Super Regional title and third Regional title in school history. The 2017 season marked Trine's tenth-consecutive trip to the NCAA postseason.
