Softball Fall Clinics
Full information is now available on the 6th Annual Players Clinic, hosted by Trine softball.
The team will host clinics Sep. 12-13, and Sep. 19-20. Campers will have the opportunity to be receive instruction from the NCAA Division III Central Region Coaching Staff of the Year. Head coach Don Danklefsen and assistants Dennis Smith, Sarah Belote and Neil Smith led the Thunder to a school-record 43 wins and their first-ever appearance in the NCAA Championships this past season. The staff led a team that produced an All-American, two Academic All-Americans, five NFCA All-Region and eight All-MIAA performers. Danklefsen's tenure at Trine has featured six MIAA titles, and six MIAA Tournament championships.
Cost for attending both days of each camp is $100. Potential campers have the option of attending the Friday night session only for $45, or the Saturday session only for $60. Dinner will be provided at both Friday sessions, and breakfast and lunch will be provided both Saturdays.
Overnight campers will have the opportunity to stay on campus with a current Trine softball player for free. This is a unique opportunity for campers to get a taste of the full experience of Thunder softball.

Men's Lacrosse Thunderfest and Fall Clinics
The Trine men's lacrosse team has announced dates for the Thunderfest Varsity Tournament and two fall clinics.
Thunderfest will be held Sunday, Sep. 28 from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Thunderfest is a 16-team, 8 vs. 8 tournament open to high-school aged teams. Each team is guaranteed five games. Rosters must have a minumum of 15 players, with a roster cap of 20 players per team. Games will be played on both turf and grass. The fee for each team is $650. Trine men's lacrosse has also announced fall clinics on Sunday, Oct. 19 and Sunday, Nov. 9. Participants will have the chance to be put through drills by the Trine coaching staff and receive instruction from current Trine players. Following drills and scrimmages will be a film session and breakdown.

Baseball Holiday Camps
The Trine baseball team has announced dates for the 2014 Youth and High School Holiday Camps.
The High School Holiday Camps will be held Saturday, Dec. 27 and Sunday, Dec. 28. Participants will have the chance to receive instruction from Trine baseball coaches and players. The High School camps are open to any baseball players in grades 9-12. Cost of the camp is $85 and includes instruction from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., lunch, and a camp t-shirt. Space is limited to 28 campers per day.
The Youth Holiday camp will be held Monday, Dec. 29. The Youth camp is divided into a morning session for infield/outfield work and hitting, and an afternoon session for pitching/catching and hitting. Cost is $25 per session, or $40 for both sessions. The Youth camp is open to any youth baseball players grades 3-8.
The camps will be held in Trine's Ketner Sports Center and Keith E. Busse/Steel Dynamics Athletic Recreation Center. These facilities provide ample space for infield, outfield, and pitching drills, as well as indoor batting cages.
Trine has produced 20 all-conference performers under head coach Greg Perschke. He led the Thunder to a school-record 25 wins during the 2013 season.
